It could have been just any another foundation stone laying ceremony but CM Ashok Gehlot converted into an occasion which will be remembered for years to come. Speaking on the occasion of foundation stone laying ceremony of constitution club in Jaipur, Gehlot spoke like an ambassador of democracy. His camaraderie with his fellow colleagues both from the Congress party and BJP was worth seeing. There were light moments in his speech and he thanked all the leaders because of which the project of constitution club could see the light of the day. This speech and the whole ambience was stark opposite from the tense political atmosphere which we as citizens witness in the political environment of the country. He took potshots at the BJP leaders who were sitting comfortably at the event just after their aggressive behavior in the assembly where they had held posters demanding CBI inquiry in the REET case.
Gehlot made his points in simple and effective Hindi and was a delight to listen to. Notably apart from Delhi which has a constitution club, It is only Rajasthan where this kind of a club will be coming up in the coming future.
