There are signs of slowdown or rather reduction in the COVID infection cases in the state in last few days. The reports showed that that active cases have fallen in the state for second day while over 24 k COVID infected people recovered. Hospitals are happy that people are recovering and are going back home. Meanwhile the attention and focus is on rural areas also. Gehlot government has decided to deploy 25 thousand nursing professionals and 1000 medical officers in to ensure adequate arrangements at CHCs and PHCs.  Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot conducted a video conference meeting to review the situation of rural areas and issued various directions to the officials to keep COVID at bay in the rural areas.

In a significant decision CM has decided to include Black fungus disease in the Chief Minister Chiranjivi health insurance scheme. This will give a huge reprieve to the patients who were in anxiety thinking about the expenditure to be incurred on treatment of this disease.

Meanwhile CM also urged the PM for increasing the supply of oxygen in the state. Once augumented, the supply of oxygen will give breather to the patients gasping for breath.

In rural areas of Jaipur mobile OPD vans will also be used to conduct tests .

After a kind of melancholy due to the adverse effect of second wave across the country, the fall in the infected cases and the rise in recovered patients in the states with constant monitoring of CM Gehlot is now showing signs of positive energy.
