As Rajasthan is making all attempts for the return of migrants workers  stuck in other states due to the lockdown, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot  has made an appeal to the people of the state on Monday to extend all help and give moral support to those returning home after a very hard period.

He took to micro blogging site twitter and appealed the people to provide all support in terms of food, quarantine facilities and moral support  to these migrants who will be returning home

The Rajasthan government has deputed teams of senior officers to coordinate with other states on the return of migrants.

The Gehlot government had announced last week that migrant labourers will be able to move out of Rajasthan or return to the state in a phased manner. Migrant workers have not been able to return home due to the nationwide lockdown to contain spread of coronavirus. These workers will be able to reach their home only after getting necessary permission from state governments concerned and proper arrangements.

Gehlot has time and again raised the issue highlighting the plight of the migrants who are stuck in various states of the country.  It is now expected that the movement of migrant workers will soon begun.
